New Parking Lot Changes

Effective September 1, 2008, new traffic flows will be in place for the Zion Lutheran Church parking lot.  The Parking Lot and Landscaping Committee recently reviewed parking and traffic flows within the church property and recommended changes to improve these areas.  One of the areas of concern has been pedestrian safety within the parking areas.  Also a major concern was the safety of the children attending Zion Lutheran School and their families as there is a high concentration of pedestrians throughout the day between the parking areas and the Church facilities.

The picture below outlines the new traffic flows that will be in place.  Cooperation from all members and visitors to the Church and School will be necessary to help enforce these changes and to make them a success in providing a safer environment for everyone.
