or you can print it out and complete it by hand.
3. After completing your survey, print out and bring your copy to the church to drop in the Survey box.
4. If you prefer to save the survey onto your computer, complete** it and email
the survey directly to us at
parishpost@zionofspringcity.org by clicking the RED
button at the bottom of the survey form.
It's as easy as Point! Click! and
Send!
